Serving all of the University of North Carolina System’s diverse campuses, the B.W./N.C. Exchange Program was formed in 1996. We established study abroad exchange partnerships between the state of North Carolina’s 15 University campuses and the nine Baden-Württemberg Universities in Germany.The B.W./N.C. Exchange Program allows students to continue enrollment on their home campus while studying abroad at an exchange institution in Baden-Württemberg or North Carolina partner universities for no additional tuition cost. Study abroad in Southwestern Germany, home to one of the world’s oldest universities and the Weinstrasse, where some of the world’s finest white wines are created. Germany has outstanding educational institutions for studying history, science and technology, business, and the arts. The UNC-Baden-Württemberg partnership just celebrated its twentieth anniversary and launched a pilot internship program in Fall 2014.
In addition, we offer exciting international internship opportunities in conjunction with exchange study at our partner universities and through affiliation with selected international internship providers in Baden-Württemberg.
